I feel the exact same way. This sort of thing also makes me very aware of how important it is that I vote–because I have the RIGHT to vote–and so many women in this world do not.

I hope that something can be done to change things in the world for women. I think Jay Leno’s wife (Mavis I believe her name is) has a foundation for the better rights of women and girls all over the world-or at least she used to. I will look into it more. She was fighting the treatment of females by the Taliban before many of us even knew what the Taliban was.

I hope your baby and all babies hereafter grow up in a world that is getting better and better.
